2005 Chrysler Pacifica Wireless Headphones? - best dvd changer everything i could ask for

We have a "new" 2005 Chrysler Pacifica Touring with GPS and an integrated 6-disc conversion. He came with 2 pairs of wireless headphones and remote control.

We have replaced the DVD changer from the dealer had, because they do not (working radio display shows "ERROR"). Everything works now, except the headphones.

I could do something wrong, but I did everything according to the manual.
