Would body builder protein drinks be an useful supplement to the Atkin diet? - protein supplement drinks

I find it difficult enough protein in the (very consumed), the Atkins diet. And sick flesh! Can I drink protein as a dietary supplement? Do they have carbs in them?

Yes, you can use protein drinks, my friends are girls turned around and use protein shakes, to which they need to keep replacing meals to slim look glam and does not work.

Yes you can. To be sure, no carbs, or you will be out of ketosis. I just started the Cambridge diet, low in calories and carbs completely free, but I can complete the (very boring) shakes with meat and cheese, because it gives me a drug without me of ketosis (which I still play - I am not sure my diet would consider this advice!)

Sounds like you and me, we must get our heads together and come to the perfect diet!

[Just a word of warning - Be careful when you again carbs - is credited back the weight, if you lose. I had this problem after the Atkins and I know I must come back to Cambridge. * Sigh * Nothing is ever easy? x]

You can find protein supplements to low to no carbohydrates. More whey protein core of very low carbohydrate. You can design products with whey ISOPur Watch (zero carbs ..... do not have the cookies and cream or vanilla but lol)
