Green instead of red in digital photos? - picutres of red spots on penus

I'm working on a group of digital photos of a surgical endoscopy. The problem is that the images (BMP) are green instead of red normal tissues (as if seeing red than green).
Converted to appear on the normal shades of gray. Picture sometimes appear green with success, despite some pressure on the screen (I do not do this if you know that there is no correction)
How do I solve this problem with Photoshop CS 2
